Pinot Nero Spumante Brut
Bottle Size: 75cl | ABV: 12%
Elegance, refinement and constant research for quality unite Japan with Italy and are an expression of their respective cultures. COLOUR AND APPEARANCE
Straw-yellow, bright, fine and persistent perlage.
Complex, elegant and refined bouquet characterised by light and pleasant aromas of crusty bread and yeast with a delicate floral edge at the end.
Full, well-rounded and velvety, with excellent structure and taste-olfactory persistence. It is characterized by its richness of flavour, balanced acidity and yellow fruit aromas that, in the finish, tend towards sweet almond.
Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with starters, rice dishes, raw or cooked fish (especially shellfish), sushi, vegetarian dishes, flavourful white meats, cheeses and desserts.
THE ARTIST: TAKASHI OGURA
Takashi’s work is known for the new original itome-nori tracking technique, based on the traditional Edo yuzen, which gave birth to the deepest and most elegant hand painted and colored yuzen kimono. The one-stop service requires only one artisan to be responsible for most of the entire kimono making process, from original design to hand painting. In terms of design, the work ranges from traditional designs to modern models. Among them, the characteristic work derives from the image of the landscape of Shiretoko and Kumanokodo, officially recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wherever they go, they always make sketches and photographs to cultivate their tastes and sensibilities. Yuzen kimono embroidered with thread dye with natural crustaceans is also an object of pride.
